How do I file a complaint ?

  • In person (either with an appointment or by dropping in)
  • In writing
  • By phone
  • By fax
  • By email: flsc-csf@ontario.ca
  • Online
  • Via a third party, in the case of a minor or a person who is unable to file a complaint on his or her own behalf

Complaints are handled confidentially. You do not need to worry about whether your complaint is admissible or not. The Office of the French Language Services Commissioner will forward it to the right person or authority, if necessary.
