What information do I need to provide in order to file a complaint ?

Filing a complaint with the Office of the French Language Services Commissioner is easy. All complaints are accepted, even when they do not contain all of the necessary information. However, the following information will be very useful:

• Phone number
• Mailing address
• Email address
• A brief description of the incident or the situation, with the date, time, and location.
